UKTI Trade Access Programme grants/awards are to help companies expand their trade overseas by exhibiting at trade shows in relevant countries.

 

Composites UK is the accredited trade association (ATO) for the UKTI's Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP) in the composites industry for the JEC Paris and Composites Europe (Germany) exhibitions. For these exhibitions, all applications for TAP grants should be processed through Composites UK. 

 

For any other overseas exhibition, you use the solo TAP route. To do this you need to contact your local UKTI International Trade Adviser (ITA) Team who will discuss your plans with you and also, if appropriate, discuss other forms of help that UKTI may be able to offer you.  If the ITA agrees that TAP support would be appropriate they will provide you with an application form which you must complete and return to them.  To find your local UKTI ITA either contact Composites UK or visit the UKTI website.

 

These TAP awards privide grant support for eligible SME firms to attend trade shows overseas, providing an approximate £1000 grant (depending on the exhibition) to help towards the costs of exhibiting.
