Here's a little information about Chris Taylor and Scott Tolson, our new additions...
Chris Taylor is the Managing Director of Axon Automotive and Director of Far-UK. He has been involved in the composites industry since 2008 and has experience in training, health and safety, composite design & analysis, finance, planning and manufacture. Chris has experience of both large and small organisations and is passionate about low-cost composites for high-volume applications, particularly for the automotive sector.
Scott Tolson is the Group CEO at Sigmatex where he focusses on the strategic direction of the company, maintaining strong alliances with carbon-fibre manufacturers. He oversees the coordination and control of significant investments in research & development, technologies and expansions in manufacturing capacities. Scott has been working in composites businesses since 1988.
We would like to thank Neil Appleton of Water Environmental Treatment Limited and Mike Hitchen of Coats PLC who this year retired from their Board Director positions to concentrate on other projects. Their input and support has been instrumental in where we are today.
We look forward to welcoming Chris and Scott to their first Board meeting in June.
