Trade Associations Composites UK and the British Plastics Federation (BPF) have formed a strategic partnership to bring a new seminar to the composites and plastics arena - ‘Thermoplastic Composites 2015’.
The event takes place at the BPF offices in London on Wednesday 7th October 2015 and covers topics including PEI press capability development, product design and performance and thermoplastic braided composites as well as the latest case studies from the aerospace, automotive and construction sectors.
Speakers have been secured from organisation such as the National Composites Centre, Integrated Materials Technology, 3M, Plasticon, Sigma Composites, Greene Tweed, Arkema and EMPA.
Claire Whysall, Communications Manager for Composites UK said; “Working with the BPF allows us to pool resources and create a really informative event that’s of benefit to both of the industries we represent. We organised a similar seminar last year touching on the broader topics surrounding thermoplastics, but the 2015 event will see us tackle this in more depth.”
The event is suited to senior and middle management professionals and will provide a forum for discussing the latest in thermoplastic technology.
Registration for the event is now open with Composites UK and BPF members receiving discounted entry.
