BIESSE Inside - Factory Visit

The BIESSE Group UK will be hosting a UK composites industry visit to the headquarters of BIESSE Group in Pesaro, Italy on 24th October 2017.

In conjunction with Composites UK, BIESSE Group are inviting companies to register their interest in attending this free-of-charge event*.

Overview of BIESSE

The BIESSE Group worldwide employs over 3600 people in 22 countries and nearly 1.5 million square feet of manufacturing space. Turnover is expected to reach €650 million for 2017.

In their move to expand the business BIESSE Group recently acquired the UNITEAM Company based in Thiene, Italy. Uniteam are known worldwide for their range of 5 axis CNC machines for composite and with the integration into the BIESSE family the range has been further improved and expanded.

BIESSE Group UK based in Daventry UK is home to over 85 people covering sales, administration and Service.

The Details

*Companies can apply to send one delegate free-of-charge on the site visit plus another, should they wish, at a nominal cost of £125.

23rd October 2017 - Leave from Heathrow around midday arriving in Bologna where a luxury coach will transfer to the Hotel in Pesaro on the Adriatic coast. Delegates will be entertained to dinner on arrival.

24th October 2017 - A coach will transfer to the factory where a reception and tour will take place. The tour will show the manufacturing area and the assembly of CNC routers, saws and handling equipment. Following lunch various demonstrations and talks will be held in the large showroom facility on site. The evening will be again hosted by BIESSE.

25th October 2017 - A coach returns us to the airport for the noon flight back to Heathrow.
