Event organised by Welsh Government in partnership with Composites UK and the National Composites Centre.
Forecasts predict there will be considerable growth in the use of composite material across existing composite-using sectors such as Aerospace and Defence, through rapid growth areas such as Automotive and Renewables and into the advancing user-sectors of Oil and Gas, Rail and large-scale Construction applications. The growth in the composites industry is expected to grow significantly in the next couple of decades. This brings enormous opportunities for Welsh industry but also challenges.
