Poland is Open Webinar
We would like to invite you to the webinar organized by Santander Bank Poland together with the British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC) – The event would be particularly valuable to UK-based firms interested in the CEE markets as a springboard to further growth. Webinar will be held in English.
The global economy has been significantly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, but its effects are not uniform – some countries are weathering the storm better than others. Poland has bounced back vigorously from the effects of the lockdown, and remains an attractive location for UK businesses seeking to improve their global competitiveness. Of all the larger EU economies, Poland’s GDP is forecast the least affected in 2020 according to the European Commission.
As well as discussing the macroeconomic situation, the event will also showcase successful UK investments in Poland that have served to strengthen the business globally.
We will be looking at services, manufacturing, energy and the consumer market. Experts and practitioners will share top-level insights into various aspects of the Polish economy, and the discussion will focus on the short- and medium-term future prospects for Poland as it recovers from the aftereffects of the pandemic.
Date: Thursday 01-10-2020
Time 10:00 – 13:00 (UK time)
