Using the core competency of narrow fabric weaving and high performance fibres such as glass, carbon, para aramid, basalt, ceramic etc. we manufacture a wide range of advanced composite preforms for out of autoclave processing including 1 piece multi-layer structures with complex 3D fibre architectures and 2 and 2½D reinforcing tapes.

Custom designed RTM equipment, resin infusion and a high capacity universal mechanical testing machine together with in-house FEA modelling capability compliment the class leading weaving technology.

This weave/make/test/model capability has lead to a number of collaborative partnerships in industry sectors such as automotive and aerospace in addition to close collaborations with the UK High Value Manufacturing catapult centres.
