7th November 2024, Aston University (Co-organised with the British Plastics Federation)

Join us for the ninth annual Thermoplastic Composites Seminar 2024, presented by Composites UK and the British Plastics Federation (BPF), featuring leading industry and manufacturing research experts. This year’s theme, “Making a Vital Contribution Towards Circularity and Net-Zero Goals,” addresses the increasing need for decarbonisation and more circularity in key industries and supply chains.

Composite materials, particularly thermoplastic composites, are crucial in this transition due to their lightweight strength, durability, and long service life. They are set to play a pivotal role in decarbonising key markets.

This in-person event will be held on 7th November at Aston University, Birmingham featuring sessions on new thermoplastic composite materials and products, processing of thermoplastic composites, and managing thermoplastic composites at end-of-life.
