Carbon ThreeSixty is a turnkey provider for the design, development and manufacture of highly challenging, advanced composite structures. We are a valued partner in the delivery of innovation, engineering and manufacturing services to the Aerospace, Automotive, Energy and Defence sectors. Since being founded in 2017 Carbon ThreeSixty has focussed on the development of “out of autoclave” moulding processes and automated preforming. This includes Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), compression moulding and resin infusion combined with Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP) preforms, 3D weaving and Filament winding. Over the past 24 months we have seen a growing focus on sustainability and have responded by pursuing more efficient (less waste) processes along with including more sustainable materials (recycled or bio derived) where possible.
