Trovan develop and manufacture RFID Transponders and Reading devices for use in a diverse range of applications from Defence equipment ID to endangered species conservation. For more than 30 years Trovan has been at the forefront of RFID design and holds nine awarded patents. Trovan technology has been used in the composite sector since 1997 initially in automotive component ID. Our transponders have been subjected to more than 180 C during matrix curing processes. Manufactured in Germany using six-sigma protocols, Trovan transponders provide a 100% read rate guarantee and are warranted for the life of the asset to which they are attached/installed (excludes mechanical attack). The reliability and longevity of Trovan RFID technology is ideally suited for use in composite material recycling. We provide sample transponders and loan readers to enable suitability evaluation for composite applications.
