This webinar, presented by Composites UK’s Sustainability Manager, Malcolm Forsyth, offers a foundational overview of Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) with a particular focus on composite materials.

Participants will gain insight into why and how LCA is used to assess the environmental impacts of composites across their full life cycle – from raw material sourcing and manufacturing through to use-phase and end-of-life scenarios.

Key considerations such as data quality, system boundaries, and functional units will be covered, along with specific challenges when considering composite materials. This webinar will be well-suited to engineers, material scientists, and sustainability professionals looking to gain a good understanding of why and how best to start integrating LCA into product development and business decision-making processes.
