Pentaxia is a leading UK composite company offering a complete turnkey capability in the manufacturing of tooling and lightweight composite components into a diverse range of industries. All deliverables are undertaken in-house from tooling design and precision machining, through to composite mould and component manufacture, jigs and fixtures can also be produced to support customer requirements. Pentaxia also has in-house paint facilities for surface finishing to demanding OEM standards. Founded in 2008 and based centrally in the UK (in Derby), we employ over 150 people within a 70,000sqft facility we produce thermoset composites (4 x autoclaves and 3 x presses) and more recently a dedicated department producing volume thermoplastics.
