We work with clients all the way from concept design, DFM, prototyping and testing to volume production. Typically we build a completely bespoke manufacture process tailored to the product requirements. We focus on reducing takt time to create cost viable manufacture 100% in the UK. The focus of our manufacture processing is around hot pressing and resin infusion, paired with in house CNC trimming and assembly. Developing these capabilities has allowed us to manufacture at high volumes while keeping product quality at the forefront.
