On the 14th January 1969, Carr Reinforcements wove the first ever Carbon fibre fabric in the world.

Since then Carr Reinforcements has developed into a leading independent UK weaver of Carbon, Kevlar®, glass and hybrid fabrics and tapes.

Known throughout the world as an innovative company; new developments have included coloured Carbon fibre fabrics (1st in the world) for strength and style, plus the VITECH® range of PVC coated Carbon and Kevlar®/Carbon fabrics used in the manufacture of protective clothing and cosmetic panels.
