AOC Price Increase Announcement – Middle East Crisis Impacts

AOC announces today a price increase for its product portfolio sold in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. The increase will be up to €450 per ton for Unsaturated Polyester, Vinyl Ester and Neoxil® products, depending on the specific product. The price increase will be effective 1 April 2026, or as soon as individual contracts allow.

The crisis in the Middle East is causing significant and unforeseen disruptions in our business, including major price spikes across various raw materials that are driven by rapidly escalating oil prices, transportation disruptions and increases in fuel prices that impact deliveries, restricted maritime routes, airspace limitations, and broader supply chain instability. These events have significantly increased AOC’s costs and caused the need to raise our prices.

“These exceptional circumstances, which are beyond our control, require AOC to issue price increases that reflect our rapidly increasing costs”, explained Jonathan Pantanowitz, AOC Managing Director, EMEA and India. “AOC’s global purchasing resources continue to work diligently with their network of supplier partners to manage costs, maintain supply, and allow us to meet customer needs. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate proactively with our customers regarding the impact on our business. We thank you for your valued support as we continue to partner with you during these uncertain times.”
