Composites UK Gears Up for Two Premier Automotive Events This Summer

Composites UK, the leading trade association for the UK composites industry, is accelerating into the summer with two key events spotlighting the evolving role of composites in the automotive sector.

Kicking off the season, the Automotive Showcase returns on 24th June at WMG, University of Warwick, with a full day of insights, innovation, and industry networking. This year’s theme, Driving Future Needs of Composites in the Automotive Industry, highlights the pivotal role composites play in addressing performance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency challenges across automotive applications.

The event will bring together OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, materials producers, and academic leaders to explore collaborative solutions for future vehicle platforms. With technical presentations from companies such as Polestar, JLR, PRF Composite Materials and more, plus networking opportunities and tabletop exhibition opportunities, attendees will gain valuable insight into market trends, R&D progress, and commercial applications driving the automotive composites landscape forward.

A few weeks later, the Association will, for the first time, host a dedicated pavilion stand at the world-renowned Goodwood Festival of Speed (10 – 13 July 2025) – a unique platform that blends automotive heritage with cutting-edge innovation. The Composites UK Pavilion offers companies an exclusive opportunity to showcase their capabilities to a global audience of automotive OEMs, enthusiasts, and media.

Limited exhibition space remains available for companies seeking to increase their visibility at this prestigious event. The Pavilion offers a professional, collaborative setting to display products, share expertise, and connect with key stakeholders in an environment where performance and innovation take centre stage.

Whether you’re looking to stay ahead of technical trends or showcase your automotive solutions to thousands of influential visitors, these events offer prime opportunities to put composites at the forefront of the mobility revolution.
