At JEC World 2026, EXPO-NET® Danmark A/S (Hall 5, P78) is showcasing two products specially developed for moulders producing medium to large composite parts by vacuum infusion. The company has an established reputation as an innovative, highly technical, problem-solving producer of resin flow mesh products which improve infusion productivity and aid ‘right first time’ production of large composite parts.
• Improved drapability ‘flexible’ resin flow mesh grades – infusion development trials with a number of customers looking to use a resin flow mesh with better drapability has resulted in EXPO-NET now offering the composites market two flexible resin flow meshes with rubbery properties: Quick Flow 156/160M, a blue drapable flow mesh, ~1.5mm thick, for rapid vacuum infusion of larger parts; Medium Flow 101, a thinner white mesh, only ~1.1mm thick, with even higher drapability, ideal for moulding smaller, more complex, shaped curved parts; both drapable meshes are 100% recyclable, being extruded using a specially formulated low density polyethylene (LDPE) based thermoplastic polymer blend.
• Fibertex Compoflex® RF4 Collaborative New Product Development – EXPO-NET is also showcasing a new product collaboratively developed with Fibertex Nonwovens A/S. Compoflex® RF4 is a new addition to the Fibertex range of breathable micro-porous peeling materials, designed to enable manufacturers of FRP components using vacuum infusion to replace up to three consumables – peel ply, release film and breather – with a single layer. The polypropylene (PP) high-speed resin flow mesh specified in Compoflex® RF4 was specially developed and is custom manufactured by EXPO-NET for Fibertex Nonwovens. Along with process time and cost savings, Compoflex® RF4 provides a controlled flow front, produces a higher surface quality, and being easy peeling, minimises resin dust on the shop floor.
