Engineering, design and manufacture of thermoplastic braided components and intermediates. Braiding of advanced composite fibres. The highly automated process allows for low to very high rates of production, with braiding rates of over a mile a day and very low labour costs. When using a thermoplastic matrix, the products can be formed into other shapes post-braiding. They are also inherently recyclable and produce very low waste.
