The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IOM3) is a professional membership organisation and registered charity, governed by Royal Charter. It connects professionals across materials, minerals, mining and related disciplines, supporting career development, professional registration and sustainability throughout the materials cycle. Through 22 Technical Communities across nine themes, IOM3 brings together specialists from mining to nanotechnology, biomaterials to packaging.
