Role responsibilities:
- Ensuring Trim & Fit and demould staff are working on the appropriate components to meet the delivery plan.
- Support Trim & Fit supervisor in driving & maintaining company procedures.
- Ensure Trim & Fit demould staff are working to our standards and following correct SPS.
- Support with training initiatives led by the Training & Development Manager.
- Ensure all staff are adhering to the relevant H&S requirements.
- Ensure the department continues to maintain working standards in the absence of Trim & Fit Supervisor.
Key skills:
- Experienced Composite Trim & Fitter, with proficient and demonstrable skills for manufacturing to an exceptionally high-quality standard.
- Previous experience in a supervisory / team lead role.
- Authoritative Leader, able to lead and mentor their team.
- Experience of Quality Improvement techniques, application and Continuous Improvement mentality.
- Good problem solver.
- Target driven & able to identify bottlenecks in process flow.
- Self-driven and have the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to encourage and motivate team members.
- Organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
Salary:
Dependent on experience.
