Norco Composites & GRP is pleased to announce an Open Day event at its new dedicated CNC machining and kitting facility at 33 Holton Road, Poole, Dorset BH16 6LT. Taking place on Wednesday, 5th February 2025, the event will provide an exclusive opportunity for customers and industry partners to explore the advanced facility, meet the team, and learn more about Norco’s manufacturing capabilities.
The new facility at Unit 33 represents a significant investment in Norco’s CNC machining and kitting operations, further enhancing its ability to deliver precision-engineered solutions for clients across marine, defence, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
Visitors will enjoy a guided tour of the advanced CNC equipment, including 3 & 5-axis CNC machines, conveyor-fed kit cutters, and advanced waterjet cutting technology. The event will also feature live demonstrations of key processes and showcase the facility’s role in delivering high-quality, bespoke manufacturing solutions.

- Waterjet Cutting Machines: Non-contact cutting for intricate profiles and high-strength composites.
- Abrasive Wire Profile Cutting Machines: Precision cutting with minimal material waste.
- Refrigeration for Pre-pregs: Ensuring optimal storage for sensitive materials.
- Press for Core Bonding and Panel Making: Producing composite panels with consistent quality.
- 3D Scanning Tools: For reverse engineering, quality assurance, and dimensional checks.
