Roaches Autoclaves Marks 15 Years Of Innovation In Composite Processing

Roaches Autoclaves is celebrating 15 years of growth, development, and engineering innovation in autoclave and thermosetting technologies, having founded this specialist segment of the business back in 2011.

Alongside this milestone, the company is expanding its online presence, with a new wave of digital content. A dedicated Roaches Autoclaves LinkedIn page goes live on Monday 2nd February, which will feature the latest stories and updates from across the business.

Since its inception, this segment has been founded on a commitment to provide high quality, British made, and bespoke composite setting products, and presence for the brand has steadily increased over the years.

Roaches Autoclaves have supplied manufacturers, research facilities, and specialist composite producers throughout the UK and beyond. Their first autoclave was installed at Crosby Composites, at the beginning of this venture, a relationship that has grown and strengthened, helping to shape the technical direction of Roaches Autoclaves.

Over the past 15 years, the business has supported with the development of aerospace components and high-performance automotive structures, with other industries such as commercial construction, sports, and the food production and processing industry also using Roaches autoclave technologies.

As the company marks its 15-year milestone, the team is proud to announce the launch of their new LinkedIn page, providing a digital home for brand new content and updates. Whilst the autoclave segment has been a central part of the Roaches business for many years now, this new platform will allow for more frequent, higher quality communication with the digital composites community.

“We started big, and the industry instantly wanted more, so happily, we carried on. The first ever autoclave we manufactured was a 2.5m diameter x 3m long for Crosby composites in Brackley. They went on to order three more autoclaves of the same size, all of which are still in operation today, having provided them with reliable and ongoing service.” – Sean O’Neill

Support, service, calibration, and collaboration, remain the cornerstones of Roaches Autoclaves, with an equal emphasis on the final product, as well as the relationship and service that continues after the installation by Roaches skilled engineers.

Roaches Autoclaves welcomes all members of the Composites UK network to connect, and join in on the upcoming chapter and the next exciting 15 years.
