Farnborough International Airshow 2026 marked Cristex’s first time exhibiting at one of the world’s leading aerospace events, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with manufacturers, suppliers and industry partners from across the global aerospace sector.
Exhibiting as part of the Composites UK Pavilion, we welcomed visitors throughout the week to discuss advanced composite materials, precision cutting & kitting services and the evolving needs of aerospace manufacturing. It was also an ideal platform to introduce CCK Aerospace and showcase our dedicated precision cutting & kitting capabilities for high-performance applications.
Adding to an exciting week, we were pleased to successfully complete our Stage 1 AS9100 audit. Passing Stage 1 marks an important milestone in our journey towards AS9100 certification and reflects our continued commitment to quality, continual improvement and supporting customers across the aerospace and wider high-performance manufacturing sectors. With Stage 2 now scheduled, we look forward to taking the next step in the certification process.
A particular highlight of the event was the Meet the Buyer programme organised by the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA). Featuring organisations including Rolls-Royce, Boeing and BAE Systems, the sessions provided valuable insight into current industry priorities while reinforcing the importance of collaboration across the aerospace supply chain.
Making our debut at FIA2026 was a significant milestone for Cristex, and we’d like to thank everyone who visited our stand, shared their challenges and discussed future opportunities with our team.
