Composites UK is excited to announce its Automotive Showcase – Driving Future Needs of Composites in the Automotive Industry, is taking place on 24 June 2025 at the International Digital Laboratory, Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), University of Warwick.
This one-day event brings together leading experts and organisations from across the automotive and composites sectors to explore how composite materials can address evolving industry needs around weight reduction, sustainability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
A standout feature of the programme is the inclusion of speakers from Jaguar Land Rover and Polestar, two OEMs at the forefront of automotive innovation. These sessions will offer valuable insights into how these organisations are leveraging composites in the design and development of future vehicle platforms.
Delegates will also hear from a diverse range of companies and research organisations involved in the automotive supply chain, with presentations spanning advanced materials, manufacturing technologies, circular economy strategies, and more. This includes presentations from Base Materials, Carbon ThreeSixty, DEXET Technologies, Engineering and Beyond, Tribol Braking, HTMS, Queen’s University Belfast, PRF Composite Materials, HRC Group, and event hosts, WMG.
