EXPO-NET® Danmark A/S returns to Paris for JEC World 2025 (Hall 5, P78) to promote its extruded thermoplastic resin flow meshes and infusion technical expertise. The 100% recyclable range of EXPO-NET flow mesh products includes innovative grades developed through new product development technical collaborations with leading OEMs of large, complex composite components and structures. Standard and custom-made products are supplied to customers worldwide, both directly and via approved supply chain distributors and kitting partners.
The company is known by its customers as an innovative, highly technical, problem-solving partner, able to provide products that can improve both infusion moulding productivity and product quality. EXPO-NET’s team of engineers and production experts evaluate the best type and design of flow mesh needed in a specific area of a mould to improve resin flow speed, eliminate air voids, and avoid premature resin hardening in the final infused part. To achieve these benefits, up to four different resin flow mesh grades are typically specified for larger, more complex composite parts.
The added value benefits gained by customers of EXPO-NET are globally recognised by a wide variety of manufacturers using resin infusion technologies in markets such as wind energy and marine. EXPO-NET’s design engineering, flow mesh production, and infusion technical expertise has been successfully used by leading wind blade producers for more than 25 years.
