The Aerospace Group forms a link between, and reports into, the Aerospace Growth Partnership (AGP), through the Aerospace Technology Institute (ATI), and the Composites Leadership Forum (CLF).
Aim: “To position the UK to continue to deliver world-leading, competitive, high-performance composite structures in aerospace”.
Recent and Ongoing Activity
The group completed an aerocomposites technology and supply chain development Roadmap. This ensures that ATI commits funding to appropriate composite projects to ensure delivery of the potential predicted growth in UK sales of aerospace composites of more than £3bn by 2030.
