Following on from an excellent first year during which Logun Composites achieved ISO 9001 accreditation, the company is pleased to announce that it has also surpassed all targets and hit record turnover months as we move into 2024.
Managing Director Russ Richardson-Lowman, said: “Quality is at the heart of Logun Composites, and we know how important precision and speed is to deliver on time, in full. We now have the quality systems in place to support our ambitions for sustainable growth whilst continuing to design, manufacture and assemble a wide range of components and tooling for many industry sectors.
“To achieve the accreditation is testament to the hard work of Andy Taylor our Technical Director, and Matt Gunn (co-founder) and Production Director have put in over the course of the year, and of course all the production staff to ensure full traceability for every part we manufacture.
“In addition, our customer base continues to grow, having secured long term contracts within Formula One and the Aerospace sectors. We also continue to support, and project manage customer programmes throughout the high-performance industries of automotive, defence and sports.
“As a demonstration of our intent we hope to recruit further key individuals as we continue to invest in new plant & equipment, with a scheduled plan to expand our environmentally controlled Clean room and inspection departments”.
