On behalf of a client, Red Chilli Recruitment is looking for a Control Systems Engineer to develop automation solutions for specialist manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify PLC control systems.
- Test, troubleshoot and commission machinery.
- Support projects from concept through to customer handover.
- Provide customer technical support and training.
Requirements:
- Practical industrial controls and automation experience.
- PLC programming and machinery fault-finding skills.
- Understanding of electrical systems and engineering schematics.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to travel.
Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens PLC and HMI experience would be advantageous. Previous composites experience is not essential.
